Hey all. It has been very apparent that poke comps have become extremely popular in the competitive play, just look at any recent lcs match. This has made me wonder, will Ziggs come back to pro play? He has a high amount of ranged harass that would perfectly fit the poke meta. The last time we saw him would be early this split on Team 8 (i believe). I would like to see what he could do in more... capable hands.

The AP item changes might be that he needs to get back in the game. 
giving a 40% slow every bouncing bomb will be amazingly horrible to play against.
The issue is, his poke is really hard to hit since the radius nerfs to his Q. Jayce and Varus have much more reliable poke.
Ziggs is much better for siege and anti siege.
Situationally he will be ok. He's really not that strong and does poorly against assassins and high mobility. I mainly like him against azir.
He did for a bit after his mana cost buff, but fell out of favor when 
was nerfed.
