You probably heard wrong. VODs will be on YT soonish so you can check it then.
What you probably heard was a prerecording of content made off air but not posted on YT. It just so happens that they run the content before a break which coincidentally features casters who are currently casting a game at that moment. In other words: No the stream isn't prerecorded, but some pieces of content (such as the top 5 player segment) was.
