Columbia College looking for players for collegiate teams

League of Legends Summoners, be the first to join the exciting new Columbia College eSports teams. This fall Columbia College will join the pool of more than 300 schools from across the U.S. and Canada to compete for the collegiate title in League of Legends. The top 32 finishers will automatically be eligible for scholarship prizes.

Full-time residential students with good academic standing are eligible to try out for one of two teams of six players. Participants must be at least 17 years old by Nov. 1, 2015. Additionally, all players must have a North American League of Legends account eligible for ranked games. Student scholarships are available based on academic merits and League skill levels.
