why i cant refund my champ

i just bought a champ for 7800 and i didnt like the champ i wanted to refund it but all my champs show as not refunded btw i still have the 3 chances of refunding a champ

There is no champ available for 7800 atm. So you didn't "just buy" the champ and simply want to refund and rebuy for 6300. No bueno. Just wait a week and buy at 6300 if you want to be able to refund.

Submit a ticket, champions should according to the refund policy always be refundable nevermind their price.
