Try outs for Gold ADC sub position, and primary Top position

I'm managing a team in a competitive org. The team will be playing in leagues for gold and below. We need a new starting top laner, and a new sub for the adc role. Our practice times are currently 5 days a week, all but Fridays and Tuesdays, from 8 to 11 PM EST. Both roles need to be able to make these work in the average week, subs are available when needed (except currently for adc), but we need practice with the main roster the most. ADC sub must be able to make Thursday and Saturday nights specifically as well. Subs aren't just used to take place in practice, they are used in the tournaments as well, hence why we want a sub dedicated to the role. Must take must be able to take criticism, and be communicative in and out of game.

Try outs will be held on Saturday night at 8 to 11 EST. depending on amount of try outs, Sunday as well, other wise, Sunday will be practice with the new members. Best form of contact is through the League client
