It depends on who places where in playoffs.

It depends on who wins the Qualifier for the third NA Worlds bid. Cloud9 will have to face and beat two or three of these six (pending how well DIG and GV do in the first round): TSM, TL, CLG, TiP, GV, and last and least likely, DIG.

TIP only has 50 points right now, gravity 30, dig 20.

C9 has 70.

4 teams make it to the gantlet for last world spot, 6 teams in the playoffs, 2 auto for worlds. get the hint

6-2 = 4 only of these 4 teams will have less point then C9 so they will not make the gantlet.

C9 is guaranteed a chance at Regionals because Either TIP or DIG will have less than 70 points after the first round.

So it look like C9 just need Dig to take 3rd place or lower, GV to take 4th place to have a chance

Depends on what you want happening. If you just want them to play through the Regional Qualifier, that's guaranteed due to DIG playing TiP in Round 1 which will leave one of them below C9's 70 points.. Now if you want specific teams for them to play against at Regionals, that is another kettle of fish.

if I were cheering for C9 exclusively, I'd probably be hoping to play vs DIG and TSM in Regionals. If DIG can take TiP out, i think C9 has a better shot at qualifying for worlds because I think TiP is much scarier. Then you'd probably want to have them face Gravity as the last team and hope they can beat them. CLG and TL are probably harder teams for C9 to deal with right now.
