Team Hyper Critical is Recruiting!

In seek of any English speaking, North American , Silver+ players at the positions of Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC and Support who retain an open-mind, a willingness to learn, an inherent competitive nature, and a sociable personality!

Tryouts will be rigorous, extensive and will include many steps, but this is all worth-while to ensure we are able to thoroughly evaluate you as a player and teammate, while also gaining an understanding of who you are as a person.

Team Hyper Critical isn't just looking for players, we're looking for friends too. Additionally, we also plan to assemble a sister team/practice squad in the very near future. We are also looking for entry level (or higher) analysts, coaches and content creators who are **familiar with the game **and aspire to gain experience in their respective roles within the organization.

If you are interested in trying out, you may join the Team Hyper Critical Discord Server and connect to the **channel **labeled "Recruits" to get started. Shortly after, you will be contacted by a recruiter within the organization to officially start the interview process. While waiting to be interviewed by a recruiter, the best thing to do is complete our mandatory Team Application to speed up the recruitment process. Our lowest rank required to be qualified for a tryout is Silver 5 but do not be fooled, this is just a way to reach a larger player-base for better results. A list of requirements can be found at the bottom of this post.

It is possible that we will be discussing concepts, ideas, strategies and play-styles that may be new to you as a player, but we expect that you** learn and adapt quickly**, retain the concepts and strategies you are taught, while also sharing your own game knowledge and strategies and displaying your understanding of game knowledge, strategies, compositions and play-styles in-game.

As soon as the roster for the first team is filled, we will establish a team schedule based around the player's personal schedules. This will ensure we maximize the efficiency of our practices (remember, practice makes perfect!) and keep our staff and players updated on what's going on. (We're striving for at least 10 hours of practice weekly.)

If at any time at all this organization receives money for any reason whatsoever 50% of revenue will be distributed respectively among the staff and the other 50% will be reinvested directly back in to the organization.
