Super League Age Requirement

I returned home from a day of school overjoyed to get on league; I get on and, to add to my excitement, I see an opportunity to represent your city in League of Legends. Now you can only imagine how excited I was, in that moment I clicked the link and went to go sign up. I create an account and begin registering for the intercity competition and it turns out you have to be 16 in order to play. This is where I just became frustrated, as I am 15 years old and turn 16 in mere months. I understand how the age limit can play a role in legal matters and such, but months is just a cruel joke. Is there any way a 15 year old almost 16 can still be eligible to at least register?
