2 korean teams make it to the finals. And Riot decides to put up season 2 TPA picture/article as the main. Obviously there is no effort to put out the article about the upcoming finals or the teams that made it. Just straight up denial about the current achievers. Puts up a random season 2 team article with no meaning. so much hate. holy!
Kal Vas Flam1 votesThere's still a few days before the Finals. I'm sure the article will change again. Though LoL's esports coverage in general outside of the games themselves seems to be, at best, scattered and incoherent.
TurquoiseYoshi1 votesThere are four days before Finals. This week's PTL isn't even out yet, which I can say with near certainty will be all about SSG/SKT. The article is still about Worlds finals, although from a previous year. This is comparable to talking about previous years before the Super Bowl, which happens every year. so much hate. holy!
FootmanSteven1 votesI dont mean to argue. But seriously.. it's completely unrelated to the finals this year. this isn't about last year world champs or the memory of the first world champs season 1. this is some random season 2 winners that has no relation to skt or samsung who btw are the teams that won the last 3 world champs. Even super Bowl dont do random coverage of unrelated events. There is no link besides an indirect message from the west saying, "we miss the good old days when non-koreans were winning." Best excuse could have been that they are simply too lazy with the front page articles.
