LCS Uniforms

From the update to rules for LCS for 2015,

PLAYER AND COACH APPAREL (SECTION 5.4) We’ll be requiring players to wear matching uniforms next season. In addition to leveling up the presentation of the League, uniforms promote team identity and make it easier for long-time fans and newcomers to distinguish between players on different teams (and root for them). We also want to emphasize the professionalism of coaches and distinguish them from players, so Head Coaches will be required to wear at least business casual attire during LCS days.

Unless they removed this rule for this year, why does Remi not wear a team uniform?

The Renegades "uniform" looks to be a red shirt as that's what all of them are wearing under their jackets.

5.4 Player and Coach Apparel Players must wear official team uniforms during all LCS matches and pre-match and post-match interviews by the LCS. If no team requirement exists, players must wear pants and closed-toe shoes, as well as visible team-branded apparel, on their upper body, during the entirety of any LCS event or appearance. All starting players must wear matching apparel during the game. The matching apparel includes shirts, jerseys, jackets, and pants. For the avoidance of doubt, sweatpants, athletic pants, and/or pajama pants will not be considered appropriate attire. Jerseys and all other apparel worn during such times are subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 10 below, and are subject to the review and discretion of LCS officials. LCS officials will have final approval over all apparel.

This is the 2016 version. A bit more intricate, but I think Remi has Renegades logo on her tank top, meaning that it fits the requirement if no team uniform exists.
