DocRigros SoloSkills Tournament 2: Time To Duo

Hey everybody DocRigro here ready to try this tournament thing out again. I know that the second SoloSkills tournament was supposed to go off a few months ago but my new 4 month old computer's mother board decided that it was time to die and I was outta comission for 3 weeks. So now I'm ready to get another tournament set up and played, this time with a different format. Anyone who was part of the tourney last time knows that it had some issues so I went back and decided to try some different stuff for numba 2. THIS IS NOT THE START OF SIGNUPS I JUST NEED SOME FEEDBACK ON A FEW THINGS I CAN'T DECIDE. Firstly this will not be a 1v1 tourney but a 2v2, I was thinking of doing a 2v2 after a few more 1v1 but I wanna see if there is more of a want for some team play than all by your lonesome. I know that many people however might not have a some to partner with or the partner might not be interested, so if you leave your summoner name I will make a list and pair people up accordingly. Next last time we hoped inbetween Howling Abyss and Summoner's Rift and it got alittle annoying and so I've decided that all matches will take place on Howling Abysss, no exceptions sorry Rift players I thought long and hard about it and well deal :). Now is the part I need some feedback on to decide. For those who don't remember we did the picks and bans in the chat before the match started each player had 6 picks and were allowed to ban 3 from their opponents 6. This worked out alright however it did take up a fair amount of time and made the matches alittle off schedule. So for this time round we can either do it the same way as before or (dramatic pause) I will choose 7 champions that I do not want to see on Howling Abyss and then all other champs will be open (Please leave your thoughts below. Next as many people remember I streamed and casted all the matches last time on twitch and I think everyone enjoyed it. I know some people even had some of there friends come watch them win or lose, and in general I had fun casting and the whole expereince was really fun. However this time around I was thinking of only casting the quarterfinals and up. This just due to allowing people to be able to play when it works best for them. What would happen is team would be told who there opponent was and then whenever they had everyone on they could set up the match play it and then have someone from each team tell me the winner. I'm considering this due the fact we had so many matches go unplayed cause people were on at the wrong times or cause they just didn't show up. I would still be streaming the quarter, semi's and fianls and they would be on dates and time to best fit everyone hopefully.(Please leave your thoughts on this below).
