Esport tournaments between International Schools

H! I am currently a freshmen attending Korea International School in South Korea. Recently some international schools around Korea has been forming an eSports club. We wanted to host an 5v5 tournament between 2 schools. is there any paperwork or an approval required by Riot Games in order to hold an tournament? Thank You!
