Caribbean E-Sports and Prizing eligibilty

I am a tournament organizer from Trinidad and Tobago which is located in the Caribbean. For the last three (3) years we have been hosting tournaments in my country and Riot has approved prizing: TT LOL Tourni 12/4/14 Games-Con 29/8/15 Easter Spring Split 9/4/16 GamesCon 2016 16/7/16 GGWP 11/12/16

I put in an application for another tournament I will be hosting in March 2017. Unfortunately I have gotten disappointing news that Riot ONLY sponsors USA and Canada tournaments now on the NA server:

Yes, policy has recently changed for tournaments. We don't host tournaments outside of North America meaning Canada and the United States. Sorry! :(

What do I do now? because LAN & LAS servers are in SPANISH and Brazil is in PORTUGUESE and we are ENGLISH speaking... Not only that ALL of my community players are on the NA server...

I would like to suggest to the prized events team to please look this over as the Caribbean is using NA servers. My suggestion as well is to partner with registered companies like my own (E-Sports Caribbean League Ltd.) to promote LOL esports in EVERY part of the world which includes the Caribbean.
