Draft Letter and Riot Video App?

"The document refers to "billing/subscriber management" as a responsibility of Riot Games, alleging potential features or content that sits behind a paywall. This has precedent in League of Legends, where OGN previously kept HD streams, videos on demand and participation in chat in OGN Champions for Twitch subscribers only. This information coincides with described efforts on the part of team owners and Riot to create new revenue streams for teams participating in LCS, with this being a potential option." http://www.thescoreesports.com/lol/news/11698-report-riot-to-co-ordinate-with-mlbam-to-create-all-in-one-video-app-for-league-of-legends

If League is going to have LCS become more and more pay to view content, then this just seems like a bad thing for fans. Team owners getting greedy for more money? NA team owners are supposedly asking Riot to increase contributions in a lot of areas.

"As part of the agreement, the letter proposes NA teams will guarantee their players a minimum annual salary of $100,000. (The letter claims EU teams will not commit to minimum player compensation, citing Riot’s decision to eliminate this rule in 2017.)" http://www.thescoreesports.com/lol/news/11631-draft-leaked-of-letter-allegedly-sent-from-lcs-team-owners-to-riot-games

100k dollars per player? Sorry, but I don't think a 100k minimum salary for an 18-24 yo. eSport player is realistic. With all the requests for more money from Team Owners, may just be less and less of a fan of Riot eSports. Reading the articles, it feels like teams expect Riot to pay their bills.
