Apparently there is no appeals process for LCS fines, so Reginald must pay. What do you guys think about this?

Angry Monster2 votesI feel like i am hearing only one side. Legally Regi should just take the matter to small claims and fight it. If the rule is that vague i am not sure a judge will agree with it.
