Apparently there is no appeals process for LCS fines, so Reginald must pay. What do you guys think about this?

I feel like i am hearing only one side. Legally Regi should just take the matter to small claims and fight it. If the rule is that vague i am not sure a judge will agree with it.

I think it is stupid and riot should be able to show proof of wrong doing to support their claim.

Seriously. They make that in an hour. Leave the guy alone, just give him a warning and get on with life. he won't do it again.
