League Championship Series Egypt

Why doesn't Egypt can't have any E-sports championship series like the North american and the Europe i was planning for this idea for couple of months with too many sponsors and its well prepared just need riot games to help me out with some little things... its not so difficult, nothing is impossible actually to be more specific its like Challenger Series.. what do you think ?
