Scholarships

Now I'm just going to say this now, but unless your Challenger/ Master maybe potentially high Diamond, no school will give you anything. think of it like a football scholarship, if they don't want you to play they arn't giving you money.

Also the list is not large at the moment, im pretty sure its in the single digits and thats not a good way to look for school.

The first thing you'll learn in college is how to do your own research. Get a head start ;)
