Who even likes the new Morde? Former mains hate him Pros do too And even the LCS audience?
Hell, this really is a fail on all levels :P
I wonder: was juggernaut update even needed? Was that Darius rework necessary? Or Morde rework? Let's recap patch 5.16. 4 champions were updated:
- Skarner, being probably the most balanced juggernaut of the 4 (after hot fix nerf)
- Garen, who was nerfed so Rito could push into his kit a percentage true damage.
- Darius, who was unnecessarily buffed in the hotfix to the level of brokiness. And finally, Mordekaiser, who is just complete mess, super toxic, binary rework overloaded with unfair, broken mechanics. Also, Deadman's Plate was added. For me, this is one of the reasons why some of the juggernauts are broken. It gives mobility to champs that are supposed to be immobile. That makes sense, I guess. Did anyone asked for these reworks? No. Is anybody really happy about them? I doubt. Why these reworks were made? Fuck knows.
At the same time, the community is waiting for Poppy rework. Yorick rework. Taric rework. These are the champs who are in need of rework.
If its not Mordekaiser, its Darius. If its not Darius, it Fiora.
Seriously, these last reworks are so dumb, you have to ask what the hell RIOT was thinking. Are they really so used to giving everyone super mobility, that the second they cant do that they dont know what to do any more?
Mord remains me of prenerf kass....Riot should FIRE their balance team and hire people that understand the game. The balance in this game is utterly ridiculous . Take a page from DOTA 2 please.
well, the LGD comp would be fine to stall it out and beat him late - if they hadn´t missplayed the early so hard. They really need to bench TBQ i guess.
If seeing mord hit someone for 80% of their HP in one swing under their own turret while his shield continuously recharges and soaks damage while a GODDAMN GHOST DRAGON floats around the battlefield which once killed allows mord to ult the enemy ADC and turn the fight into a 6v4 slaughterfest isn't fun to watch then I don't know what's wrong with you.
So much more fun to watch than seeing yet another ADC right click someone to death.
There is nothing healthy about an ability that will 1 shot you lol morde should have been kept as a mage bruiser rather than an adc
