Questions about Server Move

Greetings eSports board and Rioters,

My name is Ryan and I'm a part of a newly formed eSports organization, and the server move to Chicago has made me have a lot of questions, and I really hope you'd be able to assist me to get them answered.

My partner and I were planning on moving to California to form a Challenger team, get a gaming house, and compete in the qualifiers to the NACS. We have already been in contact with a few ex-LCS players that are highly interested. We have the funds, we looked at a lot of housing, and were planning on making the move this month, but now we're unsure if we should. Now we are wondering if around Chicago would be a better choice.

A few questions that I had were: Will the server move happen 100% before the next NACS split? Will there be a tournament realm located on the west coast that players can scrim on? Do you think some NACS and Challenger teams will be moving to Chicago? Will the LCS studio remain in California?
