I dont watch much esports but why do Riot members from Na hate eu and riot members from eu hate na and why do people in all chats na/eu people make fun and jokes about Eu/na region I dont understand. Do you from na riot team hate europe??

The same reason why Americans make fun of Canadians and Hockey and why Europe laughs at our soccer teams. It's just rivalry. Jokes.
Because nobody wants to be worst (major) region. And I wouldn't count LMS as a major region since it only has 2 invites. I'm not saying it's a bad region either, just not a major one. (The major regions are NA, EU, CN, and KR.)
It's really just a little rivalry. Between all the regions, EU and NA share the most similarities. They both have the same pro structure, both use English primarily, both have the same length of season, etc. As such, it become really easy to have the rivalry.
There are five major regions: NA, EU, LCK, LPL, and LMS. Of these five major regions, who are the most alike? NA and EU are the two "western" representatives and are rivals, as such. It's the same with any rivalry in any sport or even non-sport. (You should see the rivalry between the Louisville Cardinals and Kentucky Wildcats. Holy shit, people are so impassioned about this stuff, and I've felt it myself.)
It's playful banter. In the end, we WANT NA and EU to duke it out on top, but we shit-talk and trash-talk each other because we want to prove we're better. It's playful competition...but there are always people who take it a little too far in every rivalry. XD
It's playful banter. Some people do take it too far sure, but for 90% of us it's just a fun rivalry. I love Europe and go there every year. I love the people there, the places, the food, the music, etc. But I'll be the first one to poke fun at a EU team just cause it's fun and they would do the same for NA teams. Don't worry bro, if WWIII breaks out we still got your back, it's nothing to look too far in to.
NA vs EU rivalry has been around since the Revolutionary war, yeah not Esports but just the competitive nature of North America and Europe as a whole. I personally do not HATE Europe but just a friendly punch in the arm like what brothers do. Once NA got eliminated from worlds I cheered for Eu (fnatic and Og) to win worlds instead, just like I Zionspartan(Darshan) said " its not just NA vs Eu anymore, its NA AND EU vs THE WORLD" or something like that.
Cause the day the brits stop being pricks the day I will be nice to them.
