Team Pass Glitch? (C9)

I decided to give the team pass a go for this split since I have been a C9 fan for quite some time, however, I have not been able to make as much progress on the missions as I should have. What I mean by this is that I have tried to watch the C9 Vs Flyquest game once when it was live, and two separate times today, and not once did the mission count it as a full view. What perplexes me is that the C9 Vs Clutch Gaming game was processed fine/normally, and what is even weirder is that I got the notification that the watch rewards have been set up for my account, and that has clearly not been the case. Can I please get some help?

Here's what support has told me so far: -Make sure your adblocker is turned off -Make sure cookies are enabled -Make sure you are logged in -Make sure you are opted into rewards -Make sure have watched a minimum of 15 minutes of actual game play -Make sure you are watching your chosen team's SPLIT games -As a last resort, try a different browser

None of that worked so they escalated it, and I got told " "disable rewards and then opt back in and watch for at least 20 mins of both games".

How many times must I watch these VODs just to try and get this to work.

Same issue here. I got the watch rewards being set up correctly message for both games, but I've only been credited for 1 of C9's.

I chose TSM, and got credit for the first game watched(vs TL) however cannot get the second game credit either. I read you have to watch a game for 10 minutes to get credit, however i watched the entire game twice(assuming you did too) its very frustrating and time consuming. Especially for something we paid RP for.

EDIT, I also got the notification about rewards being set up for my account too.

I've done all the suggestions below and re-watched all my teams vods about 6 times now. My pass is still only recording 8 of the 10 games :(

I have run into the same issue with the esports rewards with after choosing C9. :(

Hello I had this same problem!!! But then I noticed my in game icon was not showing up in right hand corner (where is shows my name). It still showed a big ?. I would not get credit for anything watched if my picture was not showing. I logged in and out, went to match history etc etc until it showed up. Boom got credit...…...
