We just launch the beta of a free predictions platform! Play vs the World or defy your friends!
Hello Summoners!
We are proud to announce that the beta of Jacta.gg is finally out, especially as we launch for the Mid-Season invitational! Jacta is a free, gamified social platform where all LoL fans can gather to share predictions on matches’ outcome. You make a prediction, and if you are right, you earn some points, if not: 0 point. The main purpose of the service is to rank people through leaderboards. You can filter the leaderboard by leagues, weeks, etc. You may not be the leader of the general ranking, but you can be the best Jacters on a specific week or competition!
We had this idea while using a simple excel sheet to predict results of soccer matches during World Cup 2014 in Brazil, setting up a system of rewards and dares amongst our group of friends. As true fans of LoL we’ve done the same thing for the season 4 worlds, and we decided to step up, bringing our own personal game to every esports enthusiasts! To avoid draws, we spice things up with a system of resources you put on a match (jactas) and dynamic odds.
There is two core mechanics on jacta.gg:
Competing vs. the world, or creating your own team of friends or colleagues: it is all about comparing the size of your e-penis (sorry ladies). We noticed everybody love to give its opinion about a player/team performance, on twitter, reddit, or in a Twitch chat. We offer you here a platform where you can set in stone your opinion, allowing you to brag about your huge knowledge of the scene!
The Sharing feature: It is basically an all-you-can-share website; you can share your predictions, and then share the results! Of course, you can share a whole bunch of statistics, as your winrate, your rank, the number of points earned, etc. You made 3 good predictions in a row? A 100% winrate on a complete LCS week? Share those « multikills » easily!

We are launching the website in English and French, but we are working on new languages!
