[NA] Looking to build a team!

Greetings LoL players! I am part of a gaming community called Enjoy The Fallout (ETF) that is trying to grow in a lot of different ways! One of those is with a League of Legends team! Looking for NA players that are able to commit a decent amount of time to practice, ladders, tournaments, and leagues. Must be 17 years of age or older. Must use discord. Past competitive experience would be nice, but not needed.
