What is our organization? Our organization entails a large gaming community where we run events such as: prize pool league tournaments(diamond,plat and gold),battlefy tournaments, in-house games, movie nights, karaoke nights, scrims, streamed twitch games, and much more. If these interest you we would be more than happy to have you on our team. In the future we want to be a community with competitive league tournaments, have broadcasting and production,in-house tournaments and have a fun social atmosphere. We are expanding and rapidly growing this means we are in need of staff. As well as there are paid positions!! Here are staff positions open:
Visual Marketing: Must have experience in Photoshop and other media editing software.
Advertising Marketing: Must be flexible with schedule and willing to reach out to other discords and build community relations with other organizations.
In-House Event Staff: Run in-house games with creative game modes and also in-house games using the In-House Bot. Some experience with in-houses are preferred. Must have an understanding of the responsibility of representing the server on a social front with professionalism.
Community Events Staff: Run minigames, karaoke night, movie nights, and other fun things to keep community involved in the fun.
League Staff: Must be very flexible and available at most peak hours (evenings). Have knowledge inputting data into Google Spreadsheets and Docs. Great problem solving skills and communication skills with teams and rest of staff.
Tribunal Staff: An observant moderator of our discord that is trustworthy and decisive. Must have some experience with the backend usage of Discord and previous experience as a moderator in a community.

Production Manager Graphic Designer/Motion Designer Video Editor Production Manager
As a production manager, you will be in charge of overseeing each stream in real-time. You will be streaming to our Twitch account and run the spectator client during matches. The production manager will also coordinate with casters, analysts, and teams to make sure every game is played on time and the stream goes without any delays.
Requirements:
Expertise in the usage of OBS Extensive broadcasting experience Management skills to oversee production Flexibility in schedule Punctuality Good communication skills Professionalism Graphic Designer/Motion Designer
Someone who has expertise in Adobe products that can consistently create graphics and motion designs for us to use on stream. These graphics can range anywhere from creating After Effect videos for the schedule of the day, to flyers used in promotion ads, to streaming/broadcasting assets.

A video editor will be in charge of taking VODs from the games streamed and creating videos based on what the organization needs. You must have expertise in some form of video editing software.
