Why not perma ban sejuani? This champion is the definition of bullshit. At least 7.21 got big nerfs for this game breaking champ. I just can't look at this ridiculously OP champ anymore.

The Sejuani rework is/was an abysmal failure.
She's simultaneously less fun to play as and more BS to play against and pre 7.21 she was utterly busted. She completely lost the playstyle of pre rework Sej and was homogenised into a generic tank with CC on every ability and an absurd durability steroid.
This isn't what Sejuani used to be, she used to be a tank/bruiser hybrid who had better damage than she has now but required time to deal that damage rather than dealing it in a burst and actually had lower durability and very limited base kit CC paired with a weak early game (which I'd argue she also has on 7.21) giving her actual exploitable weaknesses in stark contrast to her post rework state.
Something needs to be done about Sej. She needs either a secondary rework or a revert back to her last balanced and decently designed state, pre midseason rework. If she does get a second rework it needs to be done with respect to what Sej was, her E should be reworked to not be a hard CC, she should lose her shatter, potentially lose some bulk off her passive and in exchange gain better damage and an increased emphasis on soft CCs.

You mean the champion that never dies. And still does damage. And has mobility. And has plentiful cc.
But this is Patch 7.18. Weighing this to 7.21 is pretty irrelevant to anyone who at least notices. It also goes to show that the flavor really does vary per team.
I agree but not to this extent. She needs another rework in my opinion. As a tank she has everything you would want. She has light CC, hard CC, initiation, peel, an escape, mobility, AoE, recent ranged harass, there is hardly anything she doesn't have that a tank wants. This is/was true for Galio too
When Sejuani was banned it was a completely different game. RNG with Sejuani 2-0, RNG without Sejuani 0-3. As expected.
