Worlds
I am just curios as to whether or not SKT are allowed to compete in the 2016 worlds or because they won last year that are not allowed to compete again until 2017? I heard the rules might have changed.

Of course they can compete again, the rules change related to how MSI affects Worlds seeding. Not allowing SKT to play in worlds because they won last year would be like not allowing the US women's soccer team to compete in the next world cup just because they won the previous one.
There was never a rule which dis-allowed past year champions to play in the current year worlds. It's just pure coincidence that it has never happened before. All world champs failed to qualify for the next year Worlds. SKT might break that trend since they are playing so well.
Never heard of that before. Yes they should compete for their Championship if they have the points and wins etc !
