Do LCS players keep all the money gained while streaming?

As the title says, do they get to keep all the donations and ad revenue that they recieve while streaming or do they split the earnings amongst the organization

They should. It's them working for it. The org gets sponsors and other things like that

I think Twitch.tv/Azubu etc get a cut of the profits

For subscribers, I believe twitch and the streamer splits it 50/50. Then the donations I believe some teams let the players keep it, and others make them split it or a certain %.

Depends on the contracts. I think on twitch players get the donations, but they get half the cost of sub and twitch gets the other half. I know faker's contract through SKT and Azubu is a set amount. I'm not sure if it impacts his donations but he gets X amount of money to stream only on Azubu and doesn't earn any more or less based on his viewer count (and think sub count is the same thing, all goes to azubu). That's just how his contract is structured though as opposed to someone else who is really dependent on number of viewers for revenue.
