Why chose a stadium with less capacity for this year's World's Finals?

Last year, 45000 tickets were sold for the World's Finals in South Korea. This year, instead of growing and increasing the capacity of the tournament, you pick up a stadium which can only afford 17000 people. Why would you do that, Riot? Is it because you think not many people in Europe are willing to go?

the korean government and large corperations are involved in korean esports so they probably had more money and discounts on the venue, whereas the west doesn't really care about a bunch of fat nerds sitting in a room watching computer games on a screen

kinda relevant

Because Korea has better teams than Europe and therefore their region deserves better stadiums. When Europe has a team in the finals they'll find the money to get a bigger stadium. (sarc off) Lets hope that when worlds is in NA it will take place in the Dallas stadium or something similar.
