As per rule 4.2 in the NA LCS, starting lineups must be confirmed and available to the other team within 2 hours of the start of the match. There are similar rules for EU LCS (3.3) as well as rift rivals (3.6) and the world championships (Section 3). I'm assuming there are similar rules for all of the leagues (LPL,LCK etc.) although I cannot find them through a simple search.

Is the information for the starting rosters for prior to each match publicly available? If so, where can I find that information for LPL and LCK? If not, why not? It is super frustrating to be a fan of regions that have a lot of subs and constantly make changes to their starting rosters over the course of a season because the player you want to watch sometimes doesn't play for no reason.

Outside of big names (Uzi making his first start for RNG) it does not seem like information about starting rosters is easily accessible. I would love to be able to know who is starting every match for all of the leagues!

Heya, I would be interested in this as well, I think this is something that should be published for betting and fantasy purposes. Did you ever find out if it is posted anywhere?
