Hello, I have recently started watching the LPL and I see some bars next to the champions portrait/hp/mana. I am wondering what the bar represents.

Native LPL broadcasts added Rank banners to their competitive spectator UI in which viewers can show their support to a player and/or team. The more support given, the rank increases. That's all.
