Hello, To introduce myself I am an Indian who was raised in Dubai(U.A.E), I have been playing this game for over 4 years now and then and my passion for the game just keeps increasing every single day despite the fact that I am just Silver 5.

As much as I am interested to work for RIOT but I feel no position suitable for me the fact being that I have no prior professional experience in the gaming industry, I have an idea, why don't you go ahead with introducing new regions, where you can expand rapidly.

I don't think Riot is at all against adding more regions to the pro-scene roster, there just has to be a large enough esports environment to support it.

I don't want to be rude, or sound ignorant, but esports is effectively non-existent in India, isn't it? It would take some time to develop an esports scene even on the same level as say like Turkey or Brazil, which are 2 of the smallest regions right now. I'm not saying it can't happen, but I think esports needs to be introduced to India as a whole before Riot can make it a fully fleged region.

There also needs to be enough players and expected revenue in the region to support setting up the infrastructure and support staff.

Hello paleo electro,

India has tournamenet happening in every game of E-sport even overwatch actively. They are private gaming cafe tournaments, I did not say the region should be India if you read my discussion that is. And any region can be made a fully fledged region, I am a business development specialist for a reason. I also don't want to be rude or sound ignorant! I shall discuss my ideas if Riot responds
