Pre-Season/Season Starting

I know the Pre-season is about to start soon but I don't know were or when could someone please give ma date? Also Will the skrims be shown or streamed, Or will i have to wait for the actual season to watch LCS?

Im sure there are other tournaments to watch other than LCS, I think OGN will be on during that time, though.
