Worlds Brussels Semifinals Stage Setup

I was wondering if anyone else found the Brussels stage setup (teams facing each other, and pretty close to one another as well) a little weird. I mean many pro teams/players are known for being very loud and passionate during fights and stuff, so wouldn't that cause some issues? Not to mention being able to look past your screen and see your opponents' faces? Obviously this would have a pretty minuscule effect on the game but still, wouldn't it be more prudent to set it up differently (further apart, not facing each other)? Maybe I'm overestimating the ability of the teams to see/hear each other.

I liked the surround approach. As a player, I am sure they're entirely focused on their monitors and not the people. Arguably, not facing each other could allow for cheating in an easier fashion. Of course, if they had lip readers and spoke the languages that could help too when facing each other.

I just think it was neat to see them center stage and have the monitor setup. Though, I suspect, it was hard for some seats to see the action as well because of it. That would have been my main concern. Hate to sit on a double screen edge. Maybe someone who was there could tell us more about the experience.

You think they have time to look away from their screen midfight? Or that they can hear the other team talking while they have headphones on - their team shotcalling and thousands of people behind them cheering?

I find that somewhat unlikely....
