All Star 2014 Paris

My dad lives in France so I asked him if he could get me the All Star tickets and to ask whether they'd be available and when. He went to FNAC and asked them about the tickets and he was told all tickets had been sold a month ago. Now what I wonder is, are the tickets already available in France and we still can't get our hands on them because we'd buy them on the internet? Do I have to worry about the tickets? Will Riot announce them as soon as they're available? Where will it be announced? Is it possible that they actually already ran out of tickets?
