IRL vs E-sports culture
So for a while I have followed E-sports teams from league and a few star players that I love from the LCS and so on , Snoopeh is my personal favourite, and I am often retweeting/sharing posts from these players. A few years later and I am following maybe around a hundred of these pro players on a few games (95% LoL)
Many of my IRL friends, especially females (Because less females play/appreciate video games) question me on my hobby which is gaming and why I follow these teams/players and stay up watching LCS or during school/college time watch Youtubers and streamers and things like that.
Do any of you guys have seperate social media accounts for Gaming related topics? I'm unsure how worth it would be to create a separate social media account purely for everything game related and where I can totally geek out and this would be great as my IGN is always ccckyle on my games.
Does anyone experience this? or am I a lone wolf out here?
Thanks!
