Gold vs. Effective Gold

While watching some of the LCS games in this last week, it occurred to me, there isn't an easy way to see a player's or team's effective gold. What I mean by effective gold is the amount of gold in stats a player is currently utilizing, whether it be through items or through buffs.

I'm not sure if this would be an amazing addition to spectator mode or anything, but it would definitely interest me.
