Does Riot provide any set of rules to help player hosting a small tournament?

I would like to host a small tournament at my school eSports Arena. Things are getting started right now, but I have a question about the tournament rules and stuff. I saw some rule books on other tournament website, but not sure weather I can use it or not. I also looked at the RTP - DEFAULT TOURNAMENT RULES. Just wanna know it is available for public use?
