How do you find out the history of a certain champion in e-sports?

I want to find out how many times a certain champ has been played, when he has been played and the winrate of a champion in e-sports. However, I can't find a certain website that helps me with this. Can someone help me?

If it's a champion Match History you're looking for, I tend to use Gamepedia's League section. I search the champ and go to the Match History tab. It's quite kept up with; they even added the Wukong game by FNC Caps earlier today.
