I was looking everywhere for information on ticket prices, but I couldn't find anything anywhere, so I took the initiative and sent an email to their box office and got this information for anyone who's considering going.

All prices are per day, not for the entire event.
I hope this helps some people plan for their trip before tickets officially go on sale Wednesday!
You're awesome for this, thank you. Made planning WAAAAAY easier.
Are ticket prices for the entire event? Or is that just for one day?
Nice detective work!
These prices will vary depending on where you live due to taxes. We've nailed down our pricing information and updated the article appropriately!
Hello,
I would like to know whether there is any special tickets going on sale. I am coming from the north east and I dont want to get far away places. I was looking forward for some tickets like the IEM , can you confirm that these will be best tickets I will get.
Got my tickets. Turned out to be $2 more than you posted, but still cheaper than I originally found. And those processing fees. Rough. $7.50 for each ticket, not each transaction. It may have been $81 for 3 tickets at lower level, but after those processing fees it was $103 per day for 3 tickets. That's pretty steep. I know y'all don't control processing fees, but that's a bit much imo.
Email says your price is right, but the processing fee is $9.50. Their website says differently. I'm confused haha.
I'm sorry but I don't agree with having to pay for a ticket each day (I assume that's what we have to do if I'm reading this correctly here right now). I understand that having money is important, I get that. But, why not just allow people to get a 4-day pass or something like that? The price can even be higher than the 1-day tickets as well also, but having to pay for essentially 4 tickets across four days just doesn't seem right or sit right here with me honestly, so there's that at least.
I get where you're coming from, but they see each day as a different event. Kind of like a basketball tournament. Sure, you can buy an all session pass and go to every game, but it'll cost a lot more (they should have had these), but other than that, it's single session tickets, which means two tickets per day normally.
How much will the tickets be?![]()
Would really like to know ticket prices as well for planning. I don't want to have friends planned to go then find out its $100+ a day...
Tallahassee native here. Can't wait! :D
I feel like this is a PR stunt to show people they care about the East Coast with a high profile state like FL, yet host it in the middle of nowhere FL Panhandle. FSU probably letting them use the facility for pennies on the dollar for what NYC or somewhere that matters might cost.
How does Florida matter less than New York? And if they save money that would make it more affordable for fans to come watch so that's just good all around. Acting like it's some kind of scheme because there's profit involved is just stupid. If they lost money on everything they did they couldn't exist as a company and there would be no league, especially not free to play.
This isnt FL... Florida is Orlando, miami, kissamee. Tallahassee is Georgia/Alabama. You just targeted 2% of your audience in a 100 mile radius. NYC in a 100 mile radius all the way down to NJ/Philly and up to Boston would target around 20% of your audience in the US.
You do realize Tallahassee is the capital of Florida, right?
Tallahasee is Gerogia/Alabama? Go back to Geo class bro
More like Geography.
He is talking about the people that live there. The people that live in Tallahassee mostly consider themselves as living in Georgia/Alabama not like physical location but in style and attitude. He's not completely right because i know that most if not all of Florida that are league fans are waiting to go. It's really confusing with Florida because even though Tallahassee is the capitol, anyone that was raised in Florida doesn't think of Tallahassee as a part of Florida but more close to Alabama or Georgia
Coming from someone who lives in GA I am totally stoked about the event being hosted where it is. Also Tallahassee isn't a totally unknown place either.
Riot has stated many times they lose Millions a year on LCS/Tournaments. The whole competitive scene is a money sink. Its only to advertise the game and keep people feeding them money in the store. So when they go and make a big deal about bringing something to the "East Coast" for once its a big deal to fans, and when you announce that its going to be Tallahassee... That's like announcing a huge Cricket All Start Tourny to be played in El Paso, TX. They think they are doing good, but they are shooting themselves in the foot more then helping the cause.
And it'll still sell out. What's the difference between a sell out in Tally and a sell out in Atlanta? Not much. It's still a sell out. They wanted a facility this size and Florida State had it. I don't see what the big deal is. If it's sold out, it's a success. It'll be packed and people can still watch it on stream if they can't make it.
Clearly, the venue was the right size and the right price. They'll be able to sell out and pay significantly less than a more northern venue. People are complaining that it wasn't in Orlando or Miami, but as someone who lives in northern Florida, going to Miami would be an 8 hour drive + a really pricey hotel stay. Live in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, or more north? You'd probably have to fly. Tallahassee has a ton of hotel rooms due to sports events that are mostly empty and cheap outside of football season and an airport that's about 15 minutes from the venue. Seems smart to me.
Miami would have been nice
Man i hope im able to get tickets i live close by
Tallahassee
My birthday!
Question: will CLG be there?
The teams will be the top teams from each region. If CLG wins the Spirng Split playoffs, then they will be in.
I'm a CLG fan but damn I don't think they will go, i got a bad feeling
ikr. I feel like TiP is gonna pull a fast one on everyone and go full winstreak to #1st place. TSM is gonna luck out and catch #2nd place because they are good at team oriented stuff. And then C9 is gonna keep #3rd place. CLG will probably be fourth, and then the mid tiers will be wherever. and ofc coast will totally lose D
GO NOLES! O/ O_ O/ O_ O/ O_
1 $ ticket

hi
If I purchase a ticket can I get a riot staff member to personally drive to my house and then drive me to Tallahassee, I'm only 3 hours away!
are they going to be livestreaming this?
Team Liquid fan here (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ
AGHHH my birthday is May7th i hope i really hope me n my friends will get tickets!! living in Tennesse so ill no doubt make it there. prefer driving, but if i need to walk, then let it be GG
IM SO EXCITED
too expensive for me to travel to this... wish it was in New York
GG most of everything is sold out already and the site crashed.
If you getting floor seats with a friend i suggest you purchase them in the same transaction, it's assigned seating so if you do them separately you risk be separated from your peeps.
Finally some love for the East Coast!
Who else is going? I'm going on the 3rd and 4th days for my 18th birthday ^^ Rito picked the best days for this event
Does anyone know which teams will be going to the Invitational? I'm assuming the best from ever region.
The team that is number 1 from each region after their playoffs and one wildcard team.
The Staybridge Suites in Tallahassee will be giving away RP cards with reservations under the MSI event.
I can't believe all the bitching going on in these comments. The northern half of the east coast are basically shitting on the south. Do you think any of the FL, Sc, Ga, AL, so on and so forth states would be happy if it was in NY? NO, most of us wouldn't be able to do that any more then going to LA. Riot is clearly trying to spread the love, I wouldn't be surprised if they hosted one on the Northern half next year. So shud up. Childish. You ppl wonder why league community has such a shitty reputation, its cause all you ppl do is QQ. I for one already have my tickets, and hotel booked and am beyond thankful for the chance to go see League pros live since the last time I was at Pax Prime over in Seattle.
