I lived in Brussels for a while, so I may be able to help you to an extent.
To make an educated guess based on what we've seen and extremes. Lets say every match takes an hour and it starts at 3 PM like the quarterfinals. So at earliest if it extends to 5 matches you'd be looking at 8 PM. Not counting breaks, technical difficulties and all that. Now lets say you're about half an hour out from the closest trainstation at most. In theory, you can make it.
But personally I'd get a hotel room so you don't have to worry about it and can hang out after the games. Maybe grab a Championship Thresh statuette if those are still available and you feel like it. Hell, you might even catch a caster/player walking around. Usually when I go out I like to take my time, and if I can grab a ticket I'm gonna take my sweet time at Worlds. I suggest you do the same. Good luck.
