I don't care which team. i just want one of those 2 regions to win worlds. If that doesn't happen then let it be ANYONE ELSE BUT SKT.

For the sake of skins Origen should win Worlds. Their black color isnt there yet and tbh C9 White and little blue would just only look like SSW.... so Origen all the way.
Why not TSM then u might ask? Their fans, Regi, Loco, Dyrus all doesnt deserve anything, very bad losers and even worse winners, never seen a team+staff that behaved this bad over all those years yet. Sportsmanships seems to be a no go for those guys.
Who rly deserves to win Worlds however is with no doubt SKT1... they have the star player Faker who is without a question fully supporting his team atm and let others carry (Marin is just so unbelievable good). The coaches manages to build a team with perfect understanding of the game without building a team around faker and wanting him to solo carry. In most teams where u have a star player like that they try to put all resources to that 1 player and mostly fail cuz of that strategy, skt1 however is diffrent and faker was always known as a player who needs little resources.

Unfortunately the likelihood of multiple members of SKT falling while getting on stage and becoming too injured to play is slim to none. I get that one team being the strongest is not as fun to watch, I'm actually kind of a fan of SKT in a way I haven't been in the past bc this isn't the same team. Yeah sure it's faker and everyone gets all amped about him, but there are some awesome story lines w/ this SKT that weren't there. I'm super excited for the miracle run C9 is having and it's cool. Watching OG come out like beasts after only one pro split is a pretty hyped story line too. Koo is struggling, but I still really like them as a team bc they're players who were mostly cast off by other organizations and they came together w/ great synergy to be one of the top teams in what looks to probably still be the top region (I'd say OG and FNC are amazing, but like in past seasons where FNC was pretty much what kept EU relevant across other regions, the lower tier teams of NA and EU don't match up vs lower tier teams of KR so the region as a whole is probably stronger).
Above all that though we have this dominant SKT team. Yes the organization has won worlds, but look at the story lines from last year to this year. Faker and co come off a worlds win and then don't even qualify for worlds the next season (probably in large part due to Poohmandu bringing a lot of leadership to the team as captain and SKT1 K struggling w/out him). Mean while there is this hyped up SKT1 S roster coming in w/ this super hyped top laner and there's just fizzle and nothing. Marin got a bunch of flak for being a let down from his hype, and bang has bounced around a few organizations always being a solo que star but lack luster pro. Transition to season 5 and SKT has to consolidate, and suddenly they are back to dominating. Yes, a ton of talent left and they might not be 1st in Korea if all 10 SS players had not left, but the team this year is definitely much better than last year. Seeing Marin transition from being expected to carry his team as this really hyped player, into someone who brings a consistency and anchor to a really talented team, and watching that shift result in a lot of success for him as the SKT captain is so awesome. Bang is finally showing that he can be a top tier pro carry and not just solo que god, and Bengi is back to being in better form and showing why it doesn't matter if you aren't a carry jungle, being one of the best support jungles to ever play the game is just fine when it fits so well w/ a team that has some of the best overall talent in the game (for a whole squad that is) right now. (I'd be really curious how LGD would have done if they had a support jg of bengi's caliber to help out all their carry talent and didn't have their coaching staff and synergy dissolve right before worlds)
Agreed. Anyone but SKT at this point. Everyone's jumping on the bandwagon waiting in line to get inside Faker's pants its stupid.
Maybe we can finally beat them Koreans. We did it once, years ago. Don't see why we can't do it again.
I think while SKT are the best team at worlds, I find it funny that they are the best team considering I really dont think Bang can hold up with the rest of the team lol. But I mean, its a game. The best team will typically win whether its in sports or league or another video game. Also please dont try nd correct me and say "but league IS a sport", just fuck you if you think that.
Same. And I don't want SKT or FNC to win just so that we don't get two skin sets for the same team.
i truely believe pain gaming has a chance to win worlds if they get a miracle.
