How does one get the "Super Bundle"?

I was finally able to order Tier 1 tickets (after the dumpster fire that is Ticketmaster finally let me, far worse seats than I first tried to pick), but saw no option to upgrade to the Super Bundle?

Were those specific seats that were simply gone by the time I even was allowed to log into the site?

Was very disappointed with the lack of organization regarding how the tickets were presented. I'm not even sure which tier I got but was also looking for the super bundle. Ticketmaster already divides out bundle vs single day, wouldn't think it would have been too complicated to add another division for the tier 1 super bundle.
