How many tickets are you limited to purchase? Do we all need to buy our own or can one person buy them so we can sit together? On the Ticketmaster verified fan website they say something about a "ticket limit" but I haven't heard any RIOT info detailing that.

Tickets are available only through ticketmaster verified fan.
First of all you have to go register June 25-28. If you get a winning code, you are then able to purchase tickets July 2. Now you'll still have to purchase right away because a code doesn't guarantee you tickets.
Once the first day of sale is over, they'll hand out more codes if seats are left. There also might (depending on set up) be a few seats available in late july.
