Sound/video desynced on lolesports live stream?

lcs is back which is great, but the youtube portal on the lolesports watch site is consistently desyncing the video and audio on its own for me. is this happening for anyone else? usually the video will start moving slowly on its own but the audio will continue at full speed, leading to plays being shoutcasted as i watch the players involved farming, only to see the play 5 seconds later after the casters have moved on. it's frustrating.
