If TSM always wins NA but plays toilet tier at international events (that's a whole other can of worms that I'm gonna stay away from), what are people to think about NA... In all the front page limelight that is TSM's continued blunders C9 is quietly consistently one the most reliable teams in the world (again, quarter finals in all but one world's appearance)

Hard to dispute that TSM isn't really the face of NA with their domination domestically, but besides their 2014 team they have always underperformed at worlds. For C9 that one world's appearance they didn't make quarter finals isn't even that upsetting when you think where that team had finished during summer split and the ensuing gauntlet run to get to worlds.
LinoWidge1 votesThe one time they didn't get out you couldn't be mad, THEY REALLY SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD THE CHANCE. 2015 C9 is one of the luckiest teams in history. -had to play a tie-breaker to avoid the promotion tournament & subsequently losing all of their championship points from spring. -back to back reverse sweeps in that magical gauntlet run. -gets placed in a rediculously hard group at worlds & comes out crushing teams (including the undefeated Fnatic team (LONG LIVE THE D2 PENTA-DUNK)) & starting 3-0 when they were expected to go 0-6. I know everyone looks back at that team as the one that failed the most during the infamous 0-10, but given the 2 month long run they made just to get there, you couldn't help but be proud. I look at C9 in Worlds 2015 as a success.

Late For Tea1 votesC9 has been incredibly lucky with their group draws two years in a row now. I expect them to advance to quarters, then get eliminated together with the two EU teams. We'll likely have 2 Korean and 2 Chinese teams in semis.

Uzuryuujin1 votesProbably the best team they could've drawn. They at least have somewhat of a chance against WE. LZ would've been bleak for sure. Also it's nice not having to immediately face a korean team straight into the knockout round. Honestly C9 was relatively lucky with their draws for worlds this year. Not getting drawn in group C and managing to get WE is pretty lucky.

Didn't want that to be the case but the other NA teams didn't look very convincing in the victories they did have. Also technically this will be C9's 4th week of worlds so does that mean NA can't go 0-10 in the second week?
