i hear people say TSM has a chance at winning worlds not really if anything
C9, Flyquest, and even phoenix 1 have a better chance at winning worlds then they do they have played horrible this split I thought they would get better but it's not plus they seem to choke at worlds while other american teams make it farther then them they are good in america not international waters
First of all, those are often results-based bandwagoners making those claims. Don't be a bandwagoner; it's often bad to get caught up in that. Secondly, it's still the Spring Split. We're months away from any serious discussion of how a team will turn out for Worlds, let alone be a serious contender on a whole scale topic.

If these teams can't even finish the split ahead of TSM, how do they have a much better chance at worlds?
I expect Worlds to go like last year. The Koreans will dominate and one lucky team won't be in a group with the Koreans or won't draw the Koreans in the quarters.
TSM - Once they get Dlift back they will get better. C9 - Have early issues but they can be corrected these two teams give NA the greatest chance.
P1 - I'd say they would have a solid chance but they need to find a upgrade at support. Fly- I love this team but they have about a 20% of making it to worlds, let alone winning.
If C9, Flyquest, and even phoenix 1 were the better, than wouldn't one of them be in first place and not TSM? TSM might have had a rough split here and there, but they did place first with a 1 win lead over C9. Plus it is likely that DL might replace WT as starting ADC so there is another plus.
You also seem to forget how TSM usually is placed into the "group of death".
Title is true but the post literally beckons me to downvote it. While TSM can't and probably won't win worlds unless Trump randomly decides that south koreans must be thoroughly expunged from this universe (which is a possiblility), that doesn't make them regionally bad. In a way, they're a lot like G2 right now: they'll probably win a bunch of splits/awards regionally but are entirely expected to not at all make it past the group stage of worlds unless other regions suffer massive collapses (ie: china 2015).
Are we like assuming that worlds isn't going to be chinese/korean again? Because we all know that, the rest is pure denial..
It's going on like 7 years and NA hasn't really done much of anything anyways nor will they ever so it's not much of a surprise that NA will most likely not win Worlds.
