These guys are supposed to be professionals and masters of the game, yet, all teams rotate the same pool of 15 champions (maybe less) over and over and over and over again. How do you guys find that entertaining. Something needs to done to fix it.
Nothing really, they are always going to pick the best in attempts to win
Pro play turn lame when they started releasing champion every 1 month which they always overload the kit design. The champions that usually carrys are over loaded kit and I can tell you just watched FLY vs 100. That Zoe stun non stop was bull crap over 1.5 sec stun was a joke and the double ignite was hilarious this game has gone to hell with high damage that a champion dies in under 5 sec by 1 champion or bad new champion design. The game is losing revenue and players is already dropping so that's good and Tencent already lay'd off Riot employee.
Now let's see if Riot will open their eyes or will it be to late will they finally dump this current balance team and reshuffle them or let the game keep on losing players and revenue which will cause more lay off?
This is their job man. Champions are going to be stronger and the players are going to pick those champions in an attempt to win the game. They're playing to keep on living, not to entertain you
So in a split where the entire bot lane meta got warped effectively changing the entire professional landscape, the talk of champion diversity literally gets complained about. It's almost as if the entire split wasn't even acknowledged or a small sample size of games is being used to make the post at hand. I advise you to look beyond JUST the LCS because this split had more diversity and unpredictability than you can imagine!
Even still: had the outcry for such a marksman dilemma not been assessed and something about Zoe...again, pro players would have found means to play around and with it and with their rosters just fine. They don't play for you and shouldn't have to. If that's a problem, power up your PC, improve your play, talk over your coaching staff, and get out there and "diversify the meta" yourself.
The only reason LCS looks and feels so boring is because everyone's blindly trying to copy Korea's pick or disengage comp meta. No one tries to create team comps that promote heavy and proactive plays. They'd rather sit back and wait for 40 mins to roll along.

... this coming from a LoL player of 8yrs... Champion Diversity and Shortage of skirmishes is definitely a problem of LoL's viewing experience.
