Usually it's around MSI &Worlds
MI you'll be able to buy the 2016 SKT skins, and they will probably release at the same time the 2017 SSG skins.
They didn't win Worlds 2017...?
The title is a tad misleading. But if I had to guess, Esports skins usually emerge around the international events for a brief period of time, as Linowidge stated. Only then will you get the chance.
THey usually come back during MSI which will be in may.
