Usually it's around MSI &Worlds

MI you'll be able to buy the 2016 SKT skins, and they will probably release at the same time the 2017 SSG skins.

He was asking for SKT's skins as a whole. Like all of them. Not some new ones but the old ones because he wants SKTT1 Jhin.

The title is a tad misleading. But if I had to guess, Esports skins usually emerge around the international events for a brief period of time, as Linowidge stated. Only then will you get the chance.
