Can anyone explain what actually is being played on the 29th of August?

My friend and I have been wanting to go watch LCS and we noticed they were selling tickets for the 29th through the 31st. Finals are this weekend in NYC so I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what was going on on the 29th? Thanks!!

That's the Regional Qualifiers, aka The Gauntlet. The 3rd-6th place teams (by 2015 Championship Points) will fight it out for the 3rd and final spot at Worlds!
