Do you really wanna ban ROX because they banned all female supports in match against Aevictus? You didn't learn from PAX 2018 right? I want a official response from Riot about it. Please upvote this post so we can get attention from more people who would make Rito to response on it.

What an absolute joke... I get that being an asshole on the pro circuit isn't cool but competitive banter should always be allowed and honestly the fact they banned a bunch of female supports when they were playing against a team of women who are all low rank (compared to pros) and are basically trying to force themselves onto the world stage despite not being competitive in the slightest by their gender alone is not bad at all. Imagine a high school football team wandering into an NFL match and saying NFL requirements are ageist. NFL people would absolutely annihilate them and probably troll them a bit as well, the high school team is just NOT competitive enough to be in that environment.
It has nothing to do with their gender either. If people honestly think no one would be down with an all female team they're just wrong. It would be cool, but facts about someone's identity go into the "trivia" section and their actual gameplay skills are all that matter when the whole reason for competitive esports IS the gameplay skill. Nothing. Else. Matters. Any personality, drama, or any other personal matter brought into the game is all secondary to actual skill. Faker is Faker because he's a god and it also turns out he's a sweet guy and pretty cool, but if he was the biggest asshole on the planet he'd still be a god and everyone would know about him anyways.
I can understand Vega Squadron but punishing ROX is beyond rtarded. I can't contribute anything that hasn't already been said in the Reddit post so I'll just paraphrase 2 Reddit posts that summarize my feelings on this matter.
Banning them for "gender discrimination" doesn't look so good when you're an organization that puts female low Dia players vs male Challenger players and then streams the humiliation of those female players live. What a fucking joke Riot RU, if anyone should be banned it's you for allowing this in the first place.
Riot RU compromized their ladder by letting in a low Dia team in in the first place, they make Riot and the LCS RU look like a fucking joke of a company and not the serious esports organization they want to be. So again, if anyone should be ashamed for this it's Riot, not the CHALLENGER players who have to play against LOW DIA players.
Idk if anyone at Riot RU actually play League of Legends, but the difference between CHALLENGER and LOW FUCKING DIA is absolutely massive.

From what screenshots I have seen, didn't they banned Thresh and Braum as well? Where did they become girls? I find this situation so stupid, do people really get offended by stuff like that? I'm a girl myself and I found this funny rather offensive. If the female team banned only male champions they are fine, but if the male team banned only female champions it's offensive. This situation is so damn stupid, I'm done.
THIS BEHAVIOR BY RIOT IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! "intentionally stretching out" the match AND "ROX banned 5 support champions during the pick/ban process" IS BANNABLE NOW?? I HOPE THIS IS A REALLY EARLY APRIL FOOLS JOKE.
This is a catch 22. If we actually speak out, more people outside this community will reinforce their beliefs that the gaming community is a sexist "all boys" club. But, if we don't speak in ROX's defense, they get shamed by Riot and seen as sexist by those who don't know the whole situation.
From my point of view: If you have a team of Challenger players vs a team of low diamond, wouldn't it be "better" to ban their comfort picks no matter if they're meta or not? For example, I Wouldn't be surprised if a Gold team banned the comfort picks of an Iron team they were going against, even if those picks aren't meta in those roles, forcing them onto picks that they aren't as comfortable with.
Would people say it would be disrespectful if it was an all male low diamond team which happened to be all support mains if the same bans were made?
AlSO. If you watch the VOD the entire team was laughing at the bans, so unless laughing means "I am upset and offended" in Russia, they didn't seem to feel offended or disrespected.
